Martin Widger, Managing Partner

Martin is a Managing Partner of Milestone Management Partners. Martin is a seasoned and accomplished executive with a strong finance and general management background previously in the construction materials industry. Martin has leveraged his financial skills to focus on expense reduction, cash generation, and operational efficiency across a broad range of industries from Fortune 500 companies to family owned and operated businesses.


Martin’s background and experience in being bottom line responsible for growing and operating diverse businesses, is coupled with his ability to relate to individuals in all facets and levels of an organization.


Martin is a Chartered Accountant (UK) and has a MBA from The Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. After initially following a finance path with his career, he migrated into general management and has held executive leadership positions for companies in the UK, USA, and South America. Martin spent over twenty years working in the construction materials (cement, concrete, and aggregates) industry for multi-national companies. He then spent eleven years in the consulting field as a Managing Director for Expense Reduction Analysts before joining Milestone Management Partners in September 2016.



Charlie Smith, Managing Partner

Charlie is a Managing Partner of Milestone Management Partners.  Charlie is a seasoned and accomplished executive who helps create value in companies through strategic implementation of operational excellence. Charlie is able to maximize his expertise in global supply chain management, cash flow operations, enterprise value stream, and lean six sigma manufacturing to bring lifesaving operational improvement to distressed companies, cash generating processes to rapidly expanding companies, and transformational and game changing continuous improvement to well established companies.


While Charlie has the technical business chops to deliver bottom line results, he has the ability to influence entire organizations as a change agent because of his ability to build relationships with the top of an organization down to the line worker. Due to his extensive training and experience, his application of operational excellence is viable across many different industries and services.


Charlie has had executive leadership roles in pharmaceutical, consumer goods, food and beverage, and international consulting. He has direct executive leadership experience leading supply chain, manufacturing, product development, engineering, and human resources in over 75 different countries for companies with revenues over 300 million USD. Charlie has an MBA from Brigham Young University and a Master’s Degree in Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University, with an undergraduate in Technology Management and Electrical Automation and Robotics from Utah Valley University.



Ryan Bouché, Chief Operating Officer, MBA, CBAP

Ryan is the Chief Operating Officer of Milestone Management Partners. Over his career, Ryan’s had the opportunity to manage companies across the spectrum: from production companies to online-only shops, and from the start-up phase to large corporate IT departments. Ryan has successfully designed and implemented projects for expansion to bigger and more robust custom web solutions, integration of operations with large 3rd party vendors, and large-scale infrastructure improvement.


Specifically, Ryan’s experience focus has been on IT business development. Completing successful IT projects in non-IT companies is a delicate operation. Ryan specializes in bridging the gap between business managers and IT departments, bringing the development process in-line with company goals and making the end result more successful. Ryan has an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, with an undergraduate in Japanese and Computers from Brigham Young University.



Daniel W. Anderson, Vice President, MEM, PMP

Dan received his Masters Degree in Engineering Management from Brigham Young University where he also earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Dan has over twenty five years experience in the field of project and program management. This includes approximately eight years of government and commercial aerospace program management and ten years automotive and manufacturing engineering management for a program worth over $250 million per year.


Dan spent many years in business development in Southeast Asia. As a result of this experience he speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. He has experienced much success in cross-functional team building and customer interface roles. Dan has exceptional abilities using interpersonal communication and leadership skills to promote management awareness.
