Milestone workshops are designed to be fast effective ways to learn critical skills by practicing them until they become natural habits. Participants will experience the urgency and intensity of compressed time frames combines with a myriad of multi- faceted dilemmas. Under this realistic pressure, participants apply new and improved skills with the confidence of a successful accomplished professional. This workshop represents “Best Practice” training for you and your organization.
This advanced three-day workshop is a dynamic and challenging way to make a quantum leap in “people skills” as they apply to personal and organizational changes. It is specifically designed to do two things: (1) to exercise your complete range of project management technical training and expertise, and (2) to develop a valuable new set of skills held by few. Workshop participants will learn the difference between change and transition, and the importance of each. You will learn the five-stage creative process, and how it is essential to making transitions. You will learn the LEVER principle: five kinds of actions you can take to help your project employees through transition, the value of crossing points of no return, and finally you will learn how to successfully guide others through personal and professional transitions.
