This two-day workshop is a fast-paced, highly-engaging, workplace simulation hat assists attendees in experiencing two break-through insights, both of them exploding previously-held myths (Myth #1 – Leaders are born, not made and Myth #2 – A team is composed of a leader and followers). with these two myths deflated, the way is cleared for project mangers to freely practice their developing skills in leading and working in teams.
