MMP’s on-line Root Cause and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) course consists of 10 modules (Total expected time = 12 hours). The objective of this class is to give the student an understanding of root cause analysis, corrective action systems and preventive action systems and the related tools used to make the systems and procedures become effective. Some of the topics included in this class is DMAIC, PDCA, 8D, A3, 5 Why’s, Ishikawa, FMEA, and Control Plans. The class also covers the different forms of variability.
