Our Leadership, Teambuilding and Communication course provides hands-on, immediately applicable training that will help a project manager and team work together to generate project success. It teaches specific principles related to how a project manager must lead, build teams and communicate–which may be the ultimate gauge for how successful a project will be. It also focuses in on specific skills and techniques that can radically improve the performance of a project manager and team!
In this 1 day course you will be immersed in principles that will make you a better project manager. Your instructor will guide you through thoughtful discussions about each key topic. You will also participate in activities that are designed to provide hands-on experience with leadership, teambuilding and communication.
