Our Project Risk Management course provides hands-on, immediately applicable training that will help a project manager and team manage uncertainty. It teaches specific principles related to how a project manager should plan for and control project risks. It also focuses in on specific skills and techniques that can help a team avoid common pitfalls!


What You Will Experience

In this 1 day course you will be immersed in a case that will help you truly understand risk management principles. Your instructor will guide you through thoughtful discussions about each key topic. You will also participate in activities that are designed to provide hands-on experience with building and controlling a risk management plan. As part of the course, you will receive the following materials:

* Monitoring, tracking and updating a Risk Management Plan
